The
Advanced Reasoning Tool (ART) is a knowledge engineering language built on the
LISP programming language.
It is a rule-based system that also allows for the modeling
of frames and procedures.
Inference Corporation was responsible for its creation.
The same term (ART) is also used to refer to Adaptive
Resonance Theory-based approaches.
